Less than forty trainees on Basic Carpentry and Basic Masonry Course under the Pangasinan Mobile Skills Training Project receive certificates during the Graduation Ceremony at the Old Session Hall yesterday afternoon.
Graduates receives certificate of completion from Pangasinan Provincial Employment Services Office (PESO) Manager Alex F. Ferrer together with Mayor Heidee Chua, Vice Mayor Carlos Lopez Jr and PESO Asingan Rizalina C. Aying after they have successfully completed the 20 days training including their written and hands-on evaluation.
