Mutya ti Asingan candidate must possess the following qualifications:

 Must be a naturally born Female for Mutya.

 Single and never conceived any child/children.

 Age within 16 to 24 years old, on or before 31 MARCH 2024, if the Candidates below 18-year-old must provide Parent’s Consent,

 A Filipino citizen, Born or Raised in Asingan, Pangasinan, with roots in Asingan up to 3rd degree of Consanguinity / must be able to trace her roots in the barangay she represents up to grandparent’s degree by consanguinity.

 Minimum 5 feet and 3 inches in height (Female) with pleasing personality,

 At least a senior high school student / College student / working and with good moral character and Candidates should not have won any National Pageant for the past three months.

Prospective candidates are encouraged to apply in person and to submit the following requirements upon application:

 Letter of endorsement from the barangay / school which she/ he will represent.

 Official Application Form as provided by the organizers.

 Clear Certified Photocopy of Birth (LCR or PSA)

 One 3R picture size – whole Body and Close – up photos (Head Shot), colored,

no make – up

 Residential Certification or Endorsement Letter from the Punong Barangay / School Head.

 If the candidate is residing outside Pangasinan but traces her roots in the province, she must present proofs (photocopy of birth certificates of parents or grandparents or any convincing proof/s)

 The organizers reserve the right to demand additional requirements as necessary.
