EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 038-A, S-2020
LIFTING THE IMPOSITION OF LOCKDOWN AT THE RESIDENTIAL COMPOUND OF COVID-19 PATIENTS 11, 12, & 13 IN PUROK TIBKER OF BARANGAY DOMANPOT
WHEREAS, the residential compound of confirmed COVID-19 patients 11, 12, and 13 was placed under lockdown on 12:00 noon of September 23, 2020 until October 6, 2020 to undergo disinfection, contact tracing, and 14-day quarantine of immediate family and identified close contacts;
WHEREAS, Patients 11, 12, and 13 were declared recovered today, October 8 after the mandatory 14-day quarantine and after testing NEGATIVE for the virus as per the RT-PCR results released on October 4, 2020 by the Pangasinan Provincial Health Office;
WHEREAS, the result of RDT and RT-PCR tests of all family members and identified close contacts of the COVID-19 patients also came out NEGATIVE with no further signs or symptoms observed by the Patient Management and Monitoring Team (PMMT) personnel of MI-I0 and BHERT;
WHEREAS, pursuant to the National Task Force COVID-19 Memo Circular No. 2, s-2020 or the “Operational Guidelines on the Application of the Zoning Containment Strategy in the Localization of the National Action Plan Against COVID-19 Response,” the health conditions and progression of current situation no longer warrant the imposition of lockdown and stricter protocols in the area;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Engr. CARLOS F. LOPEZ, JR, Municipal Mayor, premises considered, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby lift the imposed lockdown at the residential compound of COVID-19 Patients 11, 12, and 13 in Purok Tibker of Barangay Domanpot effective 12:01 PM of October 6, 2020.
SUBSEQUENTLY, any privilege accorded to residents in the area such as purchasing of basic commodities and personal articles through the barangay and provisions of meals and supplies to patients ate hereby removed by virtue of MGCQ guidelines set forth by the IATF-MEID.
FURTHER, access to the residential compound is already allowed without prejudice to the health and safety protocol currently enforced
THIS ORDER shall take effect immediately.
