Mayor Heidee Chua lead in the blessing and inauguration of Loreto P. Liberato Day Care Centers in Sitio Departe, Ariston West, last June 8, together with Vice Mayor Carlos Lopez Jr. representative from Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office, Parents and Barangay officials.
Mayor Heidee Chua in her message said that children are the greatest wealth of the country and they should be given the right education at a young age.
