???????, Section 15, Article II of the 1987 Philippine Constitution and Section 16 of Republic Act No. 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991 provide that Local Government Units within their territorial jurisdiction shall promote health and safety of the people;
???????, under Provincial Executive Order No. 9 s. 2020, the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) for the Prevention and Control of Covid-19 in the Province of Pangasinan (IATF-Provincial) is established and authorized to implement policies and guidelines regarding protocol relative to safety measures, prevention and control of Covid-19;
???????, in order to curb the spread of the dreaded disease, province-wide curfew was thereafter implemented with varying time/duration, depending on the current risk classification level of the province;
???????, there is a decline in the number of confirmed infections in the previous months;
???????, the Provincial Government of Pangasinan have been working towards easing restrictions on movement of its constituents, with due consideration of providing balance for economic and health concern against the threat of Covid-19;
???, ?????????, ?, ????? ?. ?????? ???, Governor of the Province of Pangasinan, Philippines, do hereby order ??? ??????? ?? ??? ????????-???? ??????.
???????????? ??????. Should any provision of this Order be declared by a court of competent authority as invalid or unconstitutional, the remaining provisions not adversely affected thereby shall remain in full force and effect.
??????????? ??????. This Order shall take effect immediately until or unless subsequently amended/revoked/revised. All orders, rules, regulations, promulgations, circulars, and/or issuances by the IATF and/or concerned national government offices/agencies are hereby adopted. All previous issuances of the undersigned and/or by component LGUs, which are not in contravention of the IATF Resolutions and/or its member agencies shall be made applicable in a suppletory manner.
