MINIMUM PUBLIC HEALTH STANDARDS
Practice safety measures such as wearing of face mask, physical distancing, and cough/hand hygiene. Avoid the 3Cs (closed spaces, crowded places, and close-contact settings).
CURFEW HOURS BY 8:00 PM TO 4:00 AM
Only APORs and people whose purpose outdoors is urgent/emergency and indispensable are allowed to go out. Violators shall face the full force of the law.
CLUSTERED MARKET SCHEDULE
The Asingan Public Market, commercial establishments, and tricycle operation in Poblacion area shall operate by 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM only Quarantine pass from the barangays shall be presented to gain access to business establishments.
NO MOVEMENT DAY ON SUNDAYS
As emergency Covid-19 measures, all Sundays of October is designated for disinfection of places of work and business. Businesses in Poblacion area shall be closed, except for pharmacies, gasoline stations, LPG stores, water stations, and funeral services. Retail stores in other barangays may operate from 4:00 am to 12:00 nn.
PUBLIC GATHERINGS AND SOCIAL EVENTS
Social gatherings such as birthdays, weddings, and baptisms are not allowed. Government-related programs that will gather crowd must ensure minimum public health protocols. Religious gatherings are allowed up to 30% seating/venue capacity, with only persons aged 18-59 years old and vaccinated senior citizens allowed to participate.
WAKES, FUNERALS, AND INURNMENT
For non Covid-19-related deaths, wakes (lamay) shall not exceed 3 days and must be coordinated with the LGU, respective barangay, and the PNP, subject to strict monitoring 30% venue/seating capacity. Deaths related to Covid-19 shall be cremated or buried within 12 hours.
