The local government of Asingan has restored regular working hours after revoking its four-day compressed workweek policy.
Under Executive Order No. 12, s. 2026, signed by Mayor Carlos Lopez Jr., all municipal offices will resume the standard schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., effective April 1, 2026.
The move aims to ensure efficient public service delivery, while offices are still encouraged to continue energy-saving measures.
